Terms and conditions of Page View™:

Direct Digital agrees to register, on a client's behalf, a domain name of their selection. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that they entitled to register that name, including holding and maintaining a current ABN. Any disputes that subsequently arise are the responsibility of the client.

Direct Digital uses a third party registrar to register domain names. All names are registered in the name of the client and all rights and responsibilities that attach remain those of the client.

The client owns the domain name registered and can transfer it at any time. In this situation, new server details must be provided to Direct Digital, and Direct Digital agrees that the changes will be made within a reasonable time frame.

Should a Page View™ client cease advertising with Direct Digital, the Page View™ website will cease to exist. In this situation, renewal of the domain name will be charged at $89 inc GST for two years, or pro rata for the remainder of the period registered.

Changes and updates to a Page View™ site are the responsibility of the client. Wherever possible, assistance with minor changes will be made free of charge, however Direct Digital reserves the right to charge for this service on a cost-recovery basis.

Payment for Page View™ must be made in full prior to registration and activation.

Direct Digital limits its indemnity for any error or omission on its part to refund of the advertising or registration fee.
